Clinical Supervision

Hi, I am a highly experienced therapist practicing for over 14 years, in that time working with organisations such as MIND in Tower Hamlets, BSix College in Hackney, and privately. I have maintained a full practice during this time, meeting adults individually and couples. 

Originally trained in the Person-Centred approach, I have since developed an Integrative stance that incorporates Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, Embodied, Transpersonal, TA and CBT principles. My practice is trauma informed, I have a keen interest in neurobiology and how body based and mindfulness practices can aid our clients and ourselves in this work. 

My aim in Supervision is to offer you the space to process the work we do as therapists, in a supportive, collaborative and creative way. I will honour your approach whilst encouraging you to consider and embrace different perspectives. Together we will aim to create a safe, mindful and playful space that supports your practice.

Fees are £50 per hour for trainees - £60 per hour for qualified therapists. 1.5 sessions are available. 

I offer face-to-face (in Basingstoke town centre) and online appointments.
